There was a misunderstanding in regard to the "Extended Warranty thru Fidelity". I was sort of led to believe that I needed that warranty for something not covered by the Honda 3 yr, 36,000 mile new car. While that is possible, it is not likely. Be that as it may, the warranty was removed and I appreciate that. Salesperson Ricky Martin is a good guy and I highly recommend him to anyone as their salesperson.
We enjoyed our experience with Xzavion. He wasn’t pushy and was very helpful on our purchase. Everything was wonderful until going into the finance office and we declined all the extended warranties. I asked the finance guy was he ready to go over the paperwork and his reply was “you can read.” Every vehicle I’ve ever purchased previously at any dealership, they go over the paperwork you. This experience was an awkward silence.

After scheduling a test drive appointment for after work that day, I was introduced to Ricky Martin, who made the buying process feel relaxed, easy, and transparent.
